Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to smoking. I smoked some boneless chicken breasts today. Coated it with a rub that my local BBQ place uses. Good taste and all.. Smoked with with Applewood for about 2 hours at 250. Came out good, but I can't taste the rub much. Ive noticed this with other meats, but is this normal? I was hoping to get a good flavor from the rub.
