My idea for a new front shelf

Have installed a SS front shelf on my FEPG500. It is 10”X29” and can be rigid for use, folded down for storage and/or transport and removable for access to the cold smoke or ash drawer. These actions can be accomplished easily and simply.

This is just one of many ways this unit can be modified to meet your requirements and it’s entirely up to your imagination to make it your grill/smoker/cooker.
