I've already asked you about smoking trout. You came back with several good responses. I printed out all of them and gave them to my neighbor. He is going to pick the one he thinks he might like and do all the prep work and then bring them over for smoking. I'll let you know the results. Keep your fingers crossed! Thanks to you all.

Don't "over expose" your trout.

My wife loves fish in the cooker but I hate how it makes the unit smell for days later. Still, she's in charge, so about once a year I have some sea-food in there.
