We just smoked some salmon the other night that came out great. We only made about 2lbs but since I now have a foodsaver I would like to make more at one time. How long can you save it in the food saver and should it be frozen, pantry, or fridge? Thanks in advance.

I've sealed smoked salmon in my foodsaver and then frozen it and kept for several months with no problem! Smiler

Retsoon,
I had some leftover salmon back around the holidays and I made a spread that was awesome! Check out the Recipie Archive

Good Luck!
