Just received my smoker 008 the stuff inside was messed up from shipping but I can live with that. Now the question, I have some fish that I caught and vacuum packed and froze, would it be OK to try to smoke? What prep. work do I need to do? Is there any good recipe's out there?

Sure, that would be a quick first try. I smoke frozen salmon all the time.

Don't forget to season the smoker first. That'll keep you busy while the fish thaws.
