I have heard talk about folks discussing a smoked salmon spread but I haven't seem to be able to locate it on the forums. Anyone know where this might be or any pointers for a first smoke with salmon? Looking for something that would be good to use in a catering business for sandwiches, wraps or whole salmon presentations.

You may want to go outside the box by googling for it. Lots or recipes out there.

If you take any of the traditional recipes, but use your own fresh, smoked Salmon, you'll improve the taste on any of those recipes.
