Steph and Kyle are known as the Orgasmic Slabs from KCMO.

Steph is the one you talk to in the KCBS office.

They are consistent big winners on the circuit and you may have seen them on the Food channel or bbq comp programs.

They are very sharing folks,in person,and have been gracious enough to share some of their recipes/techniques.
