Here's one:

Alabama White Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonaise

  • 1 cup cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate.

Kirk-a-lees! Kirk-a-lees! Here's one I found in an ancient BBQ cookbook in my collection:

Lemon/Mayo Sauce

2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayo
1 tbs. lemon juice
Salt and paprika to taste

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, and paprika, stirring constantly until thickened. Cook and stir for a few minutes to cook the flour. Add milk, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Take off heat and whisk in mayo and lemon.

Makes 1 3/4 c. white sauce
