When you are camping near your trout spot, have these things in your motorhome (ahem), that's how we camp...anyway, build up the fire you banked the night before and make coffee. While you are having morning coffee catch a couple of trout and butterfly them. Find some beach alder or suitable smoking wood and get a smoke going on the fire. Thread the butterflied trout onto sticks and smoke over the fire for an hour. Then flake and mix with 1/2 cup eack sour cream and cottage cheese. Juice half a lemon and add that with some salt and fresh pepper and garlic if you wish. Heat a frying pan with some bacon grease and fry up some bread slices. Spread the trout mousse on the bread and prepare to make love to your partner.
