Brush some thick cut pork chops with Stubb's Pork Marinade, sprinkle on some brown sugar and lemon pepper, let marinade 1-2 hrs. Cook @ 225' to 165' internal with hickory and finish searing on grill. Wink

I see no one has replied to this post. How many times have you made it this way? How many people tried it and how was it received? I would like to try it. How long of a smoke? I'm looking at doing four very thick German pork chops. Thanks

Just be aware that high grill heat can cause your sugar to burn.
