Smoked some country style pork ribs last weekend. Came out a little dryer than like. So put em in pinto bean recepie found on CS recepies. Pinto Beans. Cut recepie in half, substituted Jalapeno for 1 tsp. Cayanne pepper, also substituted Ham hock for 4 not so moist Country pork ribs. I use a slow cooker to cook beans. Cooked 6 hrs. Served on fresh corn bread. And was in heaven..... Smiler
