We are considering the purchase of the 350 or 360 and would like to try some BBQ cooked in these cookers. We are located in central NC, but will travel. Any input about these cookers is appreciated. Thanks.

You might call sales and ask them for some possible names.

Not all follow the forum, and they can usually give you some contacts.

The only difference between a 350 and a 360 is that the 350 has a black powder coat on the outside and the 360 is all Stainless Steel.

What applications will you be using the oven for?

When you say you will travel, are you planning on taking the cooker with you? If so, how are you planning on moving it?

Thanks for the replies.

We own a BBQ restaurant and are considering changing the type of cooker that we use. We want to make sure that the quality of the Q is as good or better so that our customers won't be disappointed.

We will travel to try the BBQ, not with the cooker.

I have asked the sales department and they were unable to assist. They recommended I try the forum.

Thanks,
Martha

If God did not intend for us to eat animals, why did He make them out of meat?

Martha,

Stuart is contacting you by e-mail to see how we can help you. I apologize for the "runaround" -- we are also looking into that!

John,

Call CS and ask them if any restaurants in your area use a CS.
