Fry some diced onion, red and green peppers, add hot peppers as desired, some red pepper flakes, blend in your Brisket with your BBQ sauce for 'Chopped Spicy Brisket'. A great seller as a special.
Thanks everyone that gave me some very good ideas.
I went with making a Bourbon BBQ sauce from scratch and chopped the brisket up and cooked it in the sauce.
It is selling very well. Should be sold out this weekend. I ate it for lunch yesterday and it was wonderful.
I am now thinking about putting in on the menu.
Really not that hard to make.
