| After months internet browsing, many dollars and hours fixing and modifying. I finally passed the last inspection with flying colors last week! I have a Cookshack 250, flat grille, and stove/oven combo. It also has an 8 ft. hood with fire supression and a commercial refg. I had to remove the freezer because it was too close to the electrical panel. I'm excited to finally be getting started. |
