Thanks to everyone and the cookshack!! The timer sounded...the internal temp read 192* according to the 19.95 Pyrex termometer from Bed, Bath and Beyond...
Anyway, I can't believe how tender and moist the meat is.... The rub, the mustard cover,,,like falling off a bicycle... I must have cooked the others too long...but this is perfect... |
