Just wondreing. Has anybody tried a product called "Claude's Brisket Marinade"? A good friend of mine swears by it, anyway I have one soaking in the stuff right now. Im gonna put it on before I go to bed tonight. I'll let ya know how it is.

Yeah I used it marinading some pork chops I browned and baked in the oven.3 nights ago.I havent poured it over anything that I put in the smoker because it has quite a bit of smoke added to it. It was really good on the pork though with sesame oil extra onion and garlic powder and mirin added too.

Popum, I used to use Claude's all the time when I cooked my briskets on my weber grill in foil. Loved it, but haven't seen the need to use it in the CS. Let us know how it turned out.
