I've smoked a 10.5 lb brisket and wrapped and cooled down. This is now in the fridge.I am serving this awesome (I had to take a lil slice to taste, right?)brisket saturday. It is still intact, except for that lil slice...How do I heat it up now? Should I throw it whole into the oven(the smoker will have something else it it) or slice and put some beef broth on it and then into the oven? Thanks for your advice...

I usually wrap whole in heavy plastic wrap with it's juices, foil, and pop into a 250º oven.

The health dept would like you to reheat to 160º+,but I go to around 145º.

The closer it is to room temp, the better it tends to slice.

Good Q 2 Ya,Tom.
