I have my Turkey in the oven in the kitchen, I also have a partially cooked bone-in ham that Im gonna stick in my model 50 to save room in the kitchen oven. Im not adding any wood. Does anybody know how long it should take to get up to 160 and what temp should I set the smoker on? I also want to add some glaze part ways thru the cooking. will appreciate any help you can give me.

Set it at 250 and if you're not wanting to add smoke, wrap in foil for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. At that point add your glaze.
