Did up a loin Saturday, It turned out great
Used 2 pieces of charcoal briquettes and 1/2 oz apple wood.
5lb loin, salt, pepper smoked till 150 internal temp.
Put on hot gas grill to crisp it up.
Foiled for about an hour.
Very moist and a pretty smoke ring.
Dinner was a success.

Way to go Spike! Crisping it up on the grill is the way to do it! Congrats! Big Grin
