Just made some of smokins sauce was wondering if it needs refrigeration.

Even with the vinegar base,I refrigerate for long term holding.

I give a lot of that type sauce away and people tend to leave it out for several days,until they finish the pork.

Sorry I couldn't be more scientific.

I've away from the forum for quite some time, but I hope to get back into my smoking mode. To that end, I was looking for Smokin's sauces for pork butt. I used to have them but they have gone somewhere out of memory. I can't seem to find the proper links either. I would appreciate a little guidance. Thanks, and good smokin.

Thanks Tom, Yes it. Now I'm back in business! Have to do 4 butts tomnorrow for a birthday bash on Friday and Saturday nites! Now, hopefully, I can stay in the good graces of the hongry Jacks who will be there!
