I did a search on reheating pork butts. It looks like the best advice is to add apple juice before going into refridg. (after smoking), wrap in foil. when I want to eat place in oven +-300* and bring internal temp to atleast 150*. 170-175 is better. I was just wanting some confirmation. Anyone else have any word of wisdome or advice. I have only done a reheat once and thought the pork was a little dry.
