I bought a good, cured ham at my favorite meat market (not a watery type ham) three days ago. I had them loosen the bone out and then put it back in and tie the thing up. I'm planning to smoke it in the supersmoker tomorrow and then put it in a big turkey bag in the fridge until thanksgiving--four days after the smoke. Likely will pop it, bag and all, into the oven to rewarm. Is this likely to be OK or did I buy prematurely?

I think you'll be fine if you cool it quickly and just don't let it sit out, but YES you bought it early.
Once you expose pork to the air, you can have issues, so at least you're cooking it. It wouldn't wait until TD to do that.
