Hello everyone im new to this just got my 08.In california wheres a good place to buy a pork butt.I think what i saw in cosco was one but they weighed 16 pounds.

16 pounds? most cryolovaced butts and shoulders there is 2 in there not one... so freeze the second for another day. Sam's is another choice

I too buy mine at Sam's. You can buy them one at a time for around 1.98/pd 7-9pnds. Or you can buy them cryovac'd 2 at time for around 1.70 pnd 7-9pnds each.
