Bone in. Meat cooks quicker. And the bone adds flavor.

i would go by price it would have to be .30per pound or less expensive to justify boneless. I like bone out to me is easier to pull and it all tastes excellent either bone in or bone out.

I'm with the guys, bone in.

It's also a great visual tool to show your friends, when done right, the bone pulls out and clean as a whistle.
