Well I just wanted to say thanks to you guys (SmokinOkie, C'Nooga, Tom, and SmoKen). The pork butts were a huge success. They were done about 4:15am this morning. I wrapped and foiled and held them at 150. At 6:00am I placed them in the cooler. Pulled them at 11:00am and everyone went to town on them.

Okie, your virgin mustard sauce rocks! It was a hit as was the finishing sauce (the one with the cloves). I hope you don't mind but I labeled the mustard as, "Smokin Okie's Sweet 'N Hot Mustard Sauce."

Thanks again for all of the help. It went great.

Glad you had success. As long as we make you look good, the forum is doing it's job.

You can call it anything, just call it mine! Yeah, lots of folks like that sauce. It's pretty basic, but basic is good!
