Jay, thanks for posting. Maybe someone smart can link you in the Bacon forum for max exposure. I like their operation. it sounds like they've taken the commodity breed (Hampshire) and tried to do it a little heritage breed justice. I like that.

I don't think I've ever seen a producer cling onto the word 'natural' quite so much. Remember, 'natural' lables on packages have nothing to do with how the animal was raised and everything to do with how the animal's meat was processed. They do make some nice husbandry claims and the certifications for their farms is a nice touch I wish we could add at Bacon Acres.

Looks like a great place to get belly and If they are going to ship it free, grab some. If I didn't already have nearly 65 pounds of belly curing right now as well as six pigs scheduled for slaughter in the next few weeks, I'd order some. Thanks for posting.
