Here's a couple different ones. basic, but I'd use a lot less cloves

For use in a smoker

With brown sugar and mustard

The third one sounds best to me but I like a very crusty glaze. You could stud with whole cloves to add that flavor.

Let us know what you do...

A ham glaze that I threw together recently...

In a medium sauce pan, combine 1 cup each honey, freshly squeezed OJ, dijon mustard, and dark brown sugar. Add 1 tbs coarsely ground black, and 1 tsp each paprika and chipotle chile powder. Warm over medium low heat until glaze blends and thickens somewhat. About 1 1/2 hours before finish time, remove ham and randomly stud with 1 tsp whole cloves. Generously brush with glaze and return to smoker. Apply glaze 3 more times before finish.
