I tried the Master Carver ham from Costco. Boneless. Smoked for about 6 hours at 225, White oak and Hickory. Came with a currant glaze packet. Basted about every half hour to 142 degrees internal temp. Looked great tasted great. Easy to carve. I made thick slices, thin slices, and then shaved some of it with my slicer. I would do it again
