Just started cooking with my Amerique last week. First chicken and butt turned out pretty good but I want to tweak some things. Has anybody got a good example blank log they keep notes on that I could use? I can see now that is key.

Smokin'Okie,always thinking ahead,has developed a couple of spread sheets that we can download,or keep on the computer.

You can probably search for them ,under the FIND feature at page top.

Ask for cooking log sheets,etc.

He will probably check in,if that doesn't work, and provide assistance.

Yeah thats why I was asking. I did all the searchs I thought would work and didn't find much. Seems to send me all over the site. I thought somebody might have a simple efective one but I guess I could just do my own.
