Got my new smokette 09 last week and did a brisket on it this weekend. 11 pound brisket took about 16 hours and it came out great! Super moist and great flavor. (Thanks to all for the great tips from these forums!!!) Family and friends think I'm a barbeque wizard. Doin ribs this weekend - can't wait.
