I am new to this forum, but have owned a cookshack smokette for over a year. I'm looking for suggestions/ideas/cooking temps and times for boneless pork loin roast. Any help would be appreciated.

Hot as you can cook it. 140�internal ,pull and foil with a little apple juice.

Tom, does the apple juice seep into the meat for flavor, or is it just there to keep some moisture on the outside?

The roast will pull a little back in ,as the juices settle.
