im new to the forum. hope i can get some questions answered and get to be a better smoker.if there is a special place to go to get questions amswered would someone please let me know.dont want to interupt anybody but not really sure where to go

The owners forum is good for "how" the thing works. The Open Forum is for general Q questions, like how to do ribs, butts, etc.
Look through both of those first. You'll see a lot of information, like at the top of the Open Forum the "lessos learned for new owners" is a good read.
After that, pick a topic you want to cook, say "butts" and do a search for butts or just look through the butt archive.
There's a lot of info to get through, but a simple read helps you get started.
