Nice article Tom. Man! That guy likes to eat. I would have felt like a stuffed pig by the end of that trip.
The second to the lastparagraph did make me think though and has set the "Wheelz" spinning on improving the quality (flavor, juiciness, and smokiness) of my Q and being less dependent on sauce and sides.

I would still put "The Bar-B-Q Shop" up against anyone in Memphis. I noticed that he said they spent some time at the Memphis Zoo.......too bad he didn't know that the "Shop" was just 3 or 4 blocks away.
