Bob,
Congrats....I don't think you'll be disappointed. I've had mine about a month now and even the wife is happy with it.

My brother just got his last nite too, so I'm sure he'll be smokin today.

Let us know how your first smoke came out.

SmoKen

Pager duty....
Kinda keeps me enjoying the finished product, however the wife and family seem to enjoy the meal, and the left overs are good as well... Smiler

I know I could have smoked and worked pager, but I wanted to spend time with my new baby from CS Wink .

Im home alone now with just me and my new baby, so I started her up with a few ribs. Planned to be done for the kickoff and thanks to this forum my ribs were done.

2 Slabs of Ribs with CS RibRub 3oz Apple
225 temp in at 9:30am meat side down
Turned at 12:30
Out and foiled for 30min at 1:30pm

The ribs were good, and I only had one problem with the smoke. I needed to fix more than 2 slabs. I sent some pics to Smoken for this post. All in all I liked them, but I may want to try the foil for the next batch for the falling off the bone. Then I can decide what I like the best.

Thanks,

Bob Smiler
