I recently read a post on this board recommending McCormick Montreal Steak Rub. Bought a jar, and rubbed on some Rib-Eyes I grilled yesterday. Generally, I don't put anything on rib-eyes, but, this rub is great. I am doing a 8 lb butt in the 008 on Thursday, and may try the same rub.
