I did a search and didn't find any suggestions for lamb chops. Given how tiny they are, could anyone suggest a temperature and time table please?

Thanks!

Most would grill lamb chops,or roast at about 350.

If you are cooking on a traditional Cookshack,I'd go at peak therm setting to an internal of about 130[depending on how pink you like them]

Most folks don't put much smoke on lamb,so maybe an oz of fruitwood?

I'd do one and check it at the 30 min mark.

Adjust your time for the batch from there.

I normally marinate then grill them, we like them medium rare. Just thought it might be fun to try them on the smoker, we've got the cookshack smokette.

Try putting them on the bottom rack directly above the heat element/smoke box. I've done this with chicken with good results.

Try 30 mins first, not three hrs.

The bottom rack ,directly over the fire box is closest to grilling.
