Anyone use this sauce for your Q? I have made it and used it on grilled meat and chicken but not with anything smoked. I would be interested in any experiences you have had. For any who don't know, it is a sauce (Argentine primarily) made of parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, pepper (crushed red), salt and maybe some cilantro. Works real well with grilled beef and poultry and is simple to make and keeps well in the refrigerator.
I've used it on grilled steaks but never with bbq. I like to grill some french bread slices, then add slices of steak and top with the chimichurri. Very tasty.
