Was standing in line tonight at Wally World, and saw Jack Link's Dried Pork. Had never seen dried pork before. Seen beef.

Anyone ever done this (pork) in a CS?

Freebird,

What was its texture? Was it like dried beef or more like jerky?

What I got was like dried beef. Would be cool if you could make jerky out of a Butt.

Jerky is usually made out of very lean meat; top or bottom round, venison, etc. I don't think a butt would make very good jerky but "HEY!" anything is possible! Big Grin
