Good looking butts (brisket too) bembring. I spent the last week or so in the hospital - came home with no appitite. Looking at your pics caused my tummy to growl. Good sign!

Having not used a SM150, what exactly is "Brisket mode". Nice browing and bark, looks really great.

Hi Rob,
It has manual mode so you can set time and temp and hold temp.
It has a probe mode you set probe temp and oven temp and hold temp
And it has two preset modes
I copied this part from pdf manual.
The IQ controller is equipped with two preset buttons for easy selection of common settings for popular foods.
Pressing the button marked Ribs/Chickens will make the following settings:
Cook Temp 225˚F
Hold Temp 140˚F
Cook Time 3 hours
Pressing the button marked Briskets will make the following settings:
Cook Temp 225˚F
Hold Temp 140˚F
Cook Time 12 hours
