Back in the spring, my brother gave me a few Anaheim chile plants. I stuck them in my small garden as an afterthought.

Well, they are producing like crazy. Does anyone have any thoughts about what to do with them? Can they be stuffed? Any good recipes?

I have a Smokette (just the standard grates) and a Weber kettle.

Thanks!

You can smoke them and use in stews or soups too.they need to be skinned before using so you can remove the skins after they are soft or char them on the grill or roast and then put the flesh in a shallow dish or pan and smoke for a couple hours with a little wood. The ones I smoked took on quite a bit of smoke in a short time and it gets stronger as it sits.
