Hello all, I/we are planning our wedding for this summer(more than likely) I want to do traditional Q food ie. Pulled pork, bbq chicken quarters, slaw, beans, and possibly some kind of appetizers. We are going to do 95% ourselves with the help of friends and family serving. I know there are traditional ways to set up a buffet line to minimize costs. Butt how do I figure on quantity I did a couple of searches but didnt find anything I was looking for It will be about 200 people. Any help or guidance or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I seen a post from someone here about this kind of thing just couldnt locate it.

My thoughts exactly Tom! Big Grin You guys are great, You make it tooo easy! I love the forum I cook all my Q on an offset at the present time. Even so, all the lessons on the forum are priceless. I have been doing my homework, undecided on which model CS to purchase, but its around the corner. I imagine I'll wait on the Fathers Day specials. Thanks again Cool ...Bubba
