4th of July fatties and chuck roast pics

how long did you cook those fatties and at what temp?

I cooked them to 165* internal temp. 3hrs. At 200* Leftovers go great with breakfast. If you can make enough for leftovers!!

Never made them before...

However, look really good.

Forgot to say...looks quite tasty!!

Fatties are now what they call one lb rolls of breakfast sausage,cooked on the smoker.

Jimmy Dean is used a lot,because it is leaner than most.

Some folks slit and stuff with whatever they like,and maybe roll in your favorite rub.

You can slice and eat them cold,like summer sausage,etc.

Here's a (sausage) link with a picture tutorial for making those fatties. Sterlingsmoker is right about having these for breakfast, they are very tasty!

Yes a chuck roast is beef. Smoke it like a pork butt, and pulls like a pork butt.
