Just got my new Amerique yesterday and was looking forward to using it this weekend. However, the box marked "Owners Manual & Cookbook" only contained the cookbook. Bought at Charcoalstore and they are closed on the weekends. I'm wondering if it's a short manual if somebody out there can fax it to me or has some other suggestion. Really feel like I need to familiarize myself wtih it before use. Thanks!

I read your first post about this, and I have let the appropriate people know about the misplaced manual. My guess is that an overzealous person in the factory decided that it would be more efficient to put it in the smoker and did not notice what the box said. Thanks for letting us know.
