Purchased a Model 50 from the Charcoal store last week. Seasoned it like it said to, currently smoking 3 racks of spare ribs as i write this, the smell is driving me crazy hope I can wait 4 more hrs.
Just wanted to say hey to everyone, the quality of this smoker is outstanding and best of all made right here in the USA. Keep up the good work cookshack you have a great product.
