Most of the time I cook on the AQ I am just using the top rack or two. Recently I have had some times where I wanted to do 8 racks of ribs at once, or pork butts on the top two racks and sausage on the bottom two racks. When I do this, the food on the bottom rack (and especially right above where the "U" is in the heating element towards the front edge) seems to get way hotter and cook faster. I tend to do things like pull the bottom rack sooner, or open the door and shuffle the racks (which is a pain if you have probes in).

I assume others have noticed this too? If so what do you do when cooking with all four racks? Any advice? Thanks in advance.
