I'm not a big poster. But when one needs help there is one place to turn....

During a move I somehow lost a rack, the drip pan, and my temperature probe. Drip pans are cheap, I still have 4 racks but I'm bummed about the probe. I looked on the cookshack spare parts and they changed the connector on the probes and it looks like they don't sell the old model either. Plus I'm not wild about having to pay almost $100 for one.

Here's my question: the jack on the probe was a standard 1/4" mono audio jack. Does anyone know if I buy a standard Polder/Maverick/Taylor..... Probe with the mini audio jacks, will it work on the SM150 with an adaptor plug?

I have an Auber that has what they call a PT100 sensor. It has the right kind of plug but doesn't seem to work. It just always says 100 degrees. They also sell a thermistor sensor probe with the mini audio jack just like all the others I assume. Any idea if these probes will work if I can get the connectors to mate?

Thanks for the help.
