Has anyone had any experience with freezing smoked turkey?
I have a couple of boneless breasts and I would like to smoke both of them and then freeze one for later.

I've done the same thing a number of times without any problem. After thawing the frozen breast, I reheat very gently in a bain-marie or water bath.

Even nuking it works.

Sometimes it tastes better than fresh.

Always like my smoked turkey better the second day. Smoke seems to loose a little of its edge. Freezing and reheating has never been a problem.
