ACCESS TO DIFFERENT WOODS

Being a woodworker I have access to a lot of Cherry and other species of hardwood that are dried.

Can someone give me the dimensions of the wood chunks that meet the specs of the CS008? I have not yet received it and am getting kind of antsy...Similar to an expectent father, although I am going on 61 years of age.

it depends...about 2 oz each...dimension matters not

Go for weight, not dimension, as the density of the wood you have access to will impact.

And remember a LITTLE bit of wood goes a long way.

Thanks for the reply...I have a digital scale for measuring spices for my sausage recipes, so this will help.
