had a smoker once (smoke king oven, from oz, US$25K)that would emit a mist or spray during the ham and chicken smoking cycles.
looking at the cs recipe book it mentions a cs water magazine. i did a web search (cs was offline) and found a picture.
q; (1) will a pot of liquid put in my cs 50 work?
(2) also , will it keep more moisture in product?
(3) are there any favourite recipes for this?
(4) why haven't i seen it mentioned on this forum?
(5) what are the pros and cons of doing this?
