PIC Homemade FEC 100 Sausage Racks

I finally put together some sausage racks for my FEC. I made them out of Oak 1x wood and 1 1/8 inch oak dowels cut 23.25 inches long.



I raised the side-rack supports to the upper position, but it will fit on the lower position also if I tighten down the side-rack mounting screws.








They have no problem holding 10 pounds (50 feet) of 21mm snack sticks. I inserted the rods on the bottom rack a little closer together where they can each hold a bacon rack and not hit the back wall or door.
